How do I check the status of my order?
You should receive an email confirmation of your order which includes a link to check the order status. When the order is shipped you should receive a second email with a link to track shipping progress. If you did not receive an email, please email us your contact information and order number at fotomoto@nwf.org or contact Fotomoto Customer Support.
How long will it take to receive my order?
E-cards will be available immediately and print orders will be shipped in seven days or less; Premium prints generally ship in 2-3 business days; Canvas prints generally ship in 3-4 business days and Fine Art prints generally ship in 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from that your order has shipped. Delivery time depends on which shipping option you chose, and you will be provided a link to track your packages.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
Please email fotomoto@nwf.org with your contact information and order number in the subject line and explain how we can help. Most likely, we will cancel the order and you can try again.
What is your refund policy?
We will be happy to assist you in the return process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us your order number and contact information at fotomoto@nwf.org or contact Fotomoto Customer Support. You may return your item within 30 days and we will refund the cost of your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
I’m having trouble ordering from your site.

I ordered several items but only received part of my order…where is the rest?
Orders are printed at different print labs depending on which product you ordered, so you may receive your items in multiple shipments. If you’d like to know more about the status of your order, please contact us at fotomoto@nwf.org and provide your order number in the subject line.
